Product Descriptions: Entique will make every effort to accurately describe the products on its website, including their materials, dimensions, and any other relevant information. However, small deviations, especially in colour tones, cannot be deemed a defect of the Product.                                                       

Product Availability: All products listed on the website are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, Entique will inform the customer and provide an estimated restocking date or suggest an alternative product.                   

Pricing: Product configurations and prices are subject to change at any time, and Entique shall at all times be entitled to modify price lists, brochures, printed matter, quotations, and other documents. The prices or fees quoted are in INR.   

Ordering and Payment: Customers can place orders through the website or by contacting Entique directly. Payment can be made through various online payment methods offered by Entique.                                                              

Shipping and Delivery: Entique will make every effort to ship products within the specified time frame, but cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Customers will be responsible for any applicable shipping and handling fees. Refer shipping policy for more information.                                                         

Returns and Refunds: If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may request a return within 3 days of delivery. Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition. Entique will provide a refund within 7 working days, excluding any shipping and handling fees. Refund will be in the form of acount credit and needs to be used in 3 months.
